College outlines the Apostille legalisation pathway for eligible documents

North Liverpool College has set out the legalisation pathway available for eligible documents it issues.

An Apostille authenticates the signature, seal or capacity of the official who issued or certified a document. It does not accredit a qualification, and it does not guarantee that any qualification will be accepted. Whether a document is accepted remains the independent decision of the receiving employer, professional body, educational institution or government authority.

Eligible documents may follow an Apostille pathway on request, supporting their official use in states party to The Hague Convention of 1961, subject to local requirements. Other destinations may instead require consular legalisation.

Students may request legalisation at any point after graduation through the student portal. Processing and courier costs are charged separately at cost.
